AUG 6, 2004 - The car has been painted! 5 coats base, 5 coats clear. Hasnt been color sanded yet tho but its looking sweet! Love this silver, has a greenish tinge to it.

I also received the grille back from GCAR. These pic's I took tonight in my kitchen so the lighting isnt the best.

SEPT 16, 2004 - Some new pic's, car has been color sanded, undercarriage has been undercoated, interior has been sprayed with Zolotone, and the stripe has been put on. Next is the tailpanel and radiator support has to be painted black, the hood and trunk hinges has to be painted body color, and the R/T badge has to placed on the rear tailpanel and then it will be done with this stage. A few pics below, better pics next week when its done and I can get some full body pics.

SEPT 30, 2004 - Car is done at the body shop. It's now at the shop where the rebuilt engine and tranney will be put in, plus where the suspension and rear end are going to be rebuilt. Pic's below of the work the body shop did.

DEC 29, 2004 - I know it's been awhile since I updated the site but not much has been happening with the car. The rear end has been rebuilt, the suspension has been taken apart and I got the pieces back from powdercoating a couple weeks back

All the pieces has been put back on the car and the engine/tranny should be going in after the holidays. Got two replacement rotors for the disk brakes up front and will post a pic of them soon. Still need to find a 4 piston caliper rebuild kit tho. It's coming along, just slow.

JAN 28, 2005 - Slow going still but the engine is in! Very excited especially since my engine guy has been taking his sweet ass time. Here are some pic's, before and after.

Gotta find a caliper now since it seems one was not on the car when I brought it. Finding the correct 4 piston caliper is proving to be difficult.
